Actually, I have no idea where that definition of twink you are using came form, perhaps its a more localized tweak, but Cambridge dictionary defines the word as "a gay man who is young, slim, and looks like a boy" The urban dictionary holds the most common meaning to be, 'A "twink" is usually considered a homosexual male with attractive, boyish qualities.
